Troppo buono e troppo facile per non prepararlo subito 😍
Ingredienti x8 gelatini:
Panna fresca 350ml
Crema di pistacchi 100g
Latte condensato 50g
Ingredienti glassa:
Cioccolato bianco fuso 150g
Granella di pistacchi 50g
Metti tutto in freezer e sei pronto a gustarlo 🤤
Preparazione:
In una ciotola versa la panna, ben fredda mi raccomando. Aggiungi la crema di pistacchio e il latte condensato. Monta con la frusta finché non avrai ottenuto una panna semimontata.
Versa negli stampi aggiungendo a metà la crema di pistacchio per creare un cuore goloso.
Richiudi con altra crema e livella con l’aiuto di un coltello liscio.
In freezer per circa 2 ore e poi sei pronto a glassarli.
Sciogli il cioccolato bianco, aggiungi la granella di pistacchi e mescola bene.
Immergi ogni gelato nel cioccolato bianco e poggiali su un voglio di carta forno.
Mezz’ora in freezer e sono pronti.

Pistachio cream 100g
Condensed milk 50g
Icing ingredients:
150g melted white chocolate
Chopped pistachios 50g
Put everything in the freezer and you are ready to enjoy it 🤤
Preparation:
In a bowl pour the cream, very cold please. Add the pistachio cream and condensed milk. Whisk until you have obtained a semi-whipped cream.
Pour into the molds adding the pistachio cream in half to create a greedy heart.
Close with more cream and level with the help of a smooth knife.
In the freezer for about 2 hours and then you are ready to glaze them.
Melt the white chocolate, add the chopped pistachios and mix well.
Dip each ice cream in white chocolate and place them on a parchment paper.
Half an hour in the freezer and they are ready.
