Spaghetti pistacchio, burrata e salsiccia!

Ingredienti:
Spaghettone @garofalo
Pesto di pistacchio @sicilyum
Burrata
Salsiccia 80g
Sale
Pepe
Preparazione:
Prendiamo una ciotola e mettiamo la burrata insieme al pesto di pistacchi. Mescoliamo bene e aggiungiamo qualche cucchiaio di acqua di cottura.
Adesso cuciniamo la salsiccia e aggiungiamola alla crema.
Dopo aver cotto la pasta, amalgamiamo tutto e aggiungiamo una spolverata di granella di pistacchio.
Per questa ricetta abbiamo utilizzato lo spaghettone Garofalo trovato nella @degustabox di febbraio.

Pistachio pesto @
Burrata
Sausage 80g

Preparation:
We take a bowl and put the burrata together with the pistachio pesto. Mix well and add a few tablespoons of cooking water.
Now let's cook the sausage and add it to the cream.
After cooking the pasta, mix everything together and add a sprinkling of chopped pistachios.
For this recipe we used the Garofalo spaghettone found in the February @degustabox.
