INVOLTINI DI ZUCCHINE con verdure @naturizia
Pronti a tornare a scuola e a lavoro, ma non non sapete cosa cucinare?
Ecco a voi degli involtini semplici e veloci!
Ingredienti:
Zucchine verdi scure 2
Uova 1
Farina 00 200g
Formaggio 100g
Speck 100g
Pesto di pistacchio q.b
Pomodorini
Rucola per contorno

Tagliamo le zucchine molto sottili, stendiamo pesto di pistacchio, formaggio, speck e arrotoliamo.
Passiamo nella farina, uova e pangrattato.
Un filo d’olio evo e poi in friggitrice ad aria 200gradi per 7 minuti!
Aggiungiamo a fine cottura pomodorini e rucola come contorno.

Here are some quick and easy rolls!
Ingredients:
Dark green courgettes 2
Eggs 1
00 flour 200g
Cheese 100g
Speck 100g
Pistachio pesto to taste
Cherry tomatoes
Arugula for side dish
For our vegetables we relied on the freshness of @naturizia website https://www.naturizia.it/
We cut the courgettes very thin, spread pistachio pesto, cheese, speck and roll them up.
We dip in the flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.
A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and then in the air fryer at 200 degrees for 7 minutes!
At the end of cooking, add cherry tomatoes and rocket as a side dish.
