Ingredienti x2 tazze

Acqua faba 60g

Zucchero a velo 40g

Cioccolato al pistacchio 50g

Granella di pistacchi q.b

Preparazione:

Separa l’acqua faba dai ceci al vapore e aggiungi lo zucchero a velo. L’acqua faba deve essere ben fredda per essere montata con le fruste a neve.

Ci vorranno circa 5 minuti.

Adesso aggiungi il cioccolato sciolto a bagnomaria e mescola bene con la frusta.

Sei pronto a versare la mousse nel bicchiere e guarnire con granella di pistacchi.

Faba water 60g

40g icing sugar

Pistachio chocolate 50g

Chopped pistachios to taste

Preparation:

Separate the faba water from the steamed chickpeas and add the icing sugar. The faba water must be very cold to be whipped with stiff whips.

It will take about 5 minutes.

Now add the melted chocolate in a double boiler and mix well with a whisk.

You are ready to pour the mousse into the glass and garnish with chopped pistachios.
