Chi è pronto domattina a iniziare la giornata con una colazione golosa?

Ingredienti 10 pancake:

Farina 150g

Latte 200ml

Zucchero 60g

Olio 10g

Lievito per dolci 1 cucchiaino

Essenza di vaniglia 1 cucchiaino

Sciroppo d’acero

Sei pronto a prepararla? 🤤

Preparazione:

In una ciotola versiamo farina, zucchero e lievito. Aggiungiamo olio, latte ed essenza di vaniglia. Mescoliamo finché non avremo eliminato tutti i grumi.

Adesso prendiamo una padella antiaderente e cuciniamo i nostri pancake.

Saranno pronti per essere girati quando si creeranno le bollicine.

Sei pronto a condirli con abbondante sciroppo d’acero.
